The lymphatic system plays a crucial role to promote detoxification and fluid balance, as it can become sluggish or congested due to hormonal changes, increased blood volume can lead to fluid retention, swelling (edema), the physical demands of childbirth. I recommend this treatment especially after childbirth to rid the body of toxins (epidural).
